Ilian Rivera has been traveling to0 many different parts of the world as a personal photographer following the Church of God for the last few years. So she has chronicled many troubled areas in Panama, Thailand, Fiji, Israel, and Africa. Prior to her travels she worked under the wing of celebrity photographer and mentor Johnny Nunez.  Her work has been showcased at several different local galleries such as ArtSpace in Patchogue, NY, Image Gallery is Brooklyn, NY as well as Populoum Gallery in Tampa, FL.

She also focuses on documentary photography, where Ilian Rivera brings attention to worldwide poverty, domestic abuse, drug addictions and many other global burdens. She focuses on two forms of documentary one is real, raw footage of the troubles around the world and one is staged documentary.

She attended both the Art Institute of Pittsburgh where she graduated with her Bachelors degree in the Science of Photography and Thereafter she went on and enrolled at the New York Film Academy in Manhattan, N.Y. where she worked and got her Masters in the Science of Photography.

 Ilian is currently based out of New York and is available for Personal shoots, Fine Arts, Documentary Photography, and workshops Worldwide.
